Dementia Friendly Fairless Hills Langhorne Southampton

Fairless Hills, Langhorne, Southampton, and the surrounding Bucks  County  PA area are coming together to support people living with dementia. By harnessing the power of the community and working collaboratively, the goal is to create a network of organizations and representatives, including those living with dementia and their care partners, to build a more inclusive and supportive environment.
